Returns & Exchanges
At The Fabric Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor projects; however, please note that custom-cut fabrics and wallpapers are subject to specific return conditions. Items in original, uncut condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the fabric or hardware you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully roll fabrics to avoid creasing and place all items in their original protective packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- 3.Ship the Item
Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for cuts or damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
